Planned for cruise passengers

Every itinerary begins with your ship's timetable

  1. Port pickup, arranged in advance

We confirm where and when your guide will meet you, based on your port, terminal and ship, and send the details in writing before your cruise.

  2. Planned backwards from all-aboard

Your arrival and all-aboard times set the shape of the day. We plan the return first, then fit the sightseeing around it, and say so if an excursion is not realistic.

  3. Private and accessible arrangements

Excursions are planned for your group alone. Tell us about mobility needs, and we will advise on terrain and adapt the route where we can.

  4. Special requests, reviewed personally

Dietary needs, a celebration, a particular tomb or gallery. Each request is reviewed and we confirm what is possible before you commit.

How it works

Three steps from enquiry to excursion

  1. 1

Tell us your port and cruise details

Your port, date, group size and, if you have them, your arrival and all-aboard times.

  2. 2

Choose an excursion or ask for a tailored plan

Pick from our itineraries or tell us what you would like to see.

  3. 3

Receive your confirmed itinerary and quote

We reply with the itinerary, arrangements and price. Nothing is booked until you accept.

Make your hours ashore unforgettable.

Some cruise days are made for the beach. Others are for walking among the columns of Karnak at mid-morning, or standing at the foot of the Great Pyramid. We help you choose the day that suits your port, your pace and the hours you have.

Questions

Practical answers before you enquire

Can’t find your answer? Contact us.

How does port pickup work?

Your guide meets you at the port once your ship has cleared passengers to go ashore. Because terminals and disembarkation procedures differ by port and ship, the exact meeting point, timing and how to recognise your guide are confirmed in writing with your itinerary.

What happens if my ship arrives late?

Ship timings can change. When you enquire, we ask for your scheduled arrival and all-aboard times so the itinerary can be planned around them. How a late arrival or a changed schedule is handled, including any changes to the itinerary or the price, is set out in the terms confirmed with your quote.

How much time do I need ashore?

It depends on the excursion. Alexandria city tours fit shorter calls, while Luxor from Safaga or Cairo and Giza from Alexandria or Port Said need a long day. Each excursion page lists an estimated duration, and you can check it against your arrival and all-aboard times. We confirm feasibility before quoting.

Are the excursions private?

Our itineraries are planned as private excursions for your own group, with your own vehicle and guide. Stops can be adjusted to your interests when you enquire.

Can you accommodate limited mobility?

Tell us about any mobility needs when you enquire. Each excursion page describes the walking and terrain involved, and we will advise honestly on what is comfortable, suggest alternatives, and confirm any arrangements, such as wheelchair availability, in writing.

Is a long excursion suitable for children?

Families are welcome to enquire. Several itineraries involve long drives, so let us know your children's ages and we can suggest a pace, breaks and sites that suit them. Child seats and any child pricing are confirmed with your quote.

How do payment and cancellation work?

Payment methods, deposit requirements and the cancellation policy are confirmed in writing with your quote, before you commit to anything. Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or any obligation to pay.

Where is your cruise taking you?

Tell us your port and date. We will reply with suitable itineraries and a quote. An enquiry is not a booking.

Next: your contact details and any requests. No payment is taken.
